1. Services
RQD Concrete offers concrete installation, repair, and finishing services for residential and commercial properties in Miami-Dade and Broward, Florida. Service descriptions on this site are informational; the final scope, price, and timelines of each project are defined in the formal written quote we provide to each client.
2. Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. They are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices may be adjusted if project conditions change from those originally described (access, terrain, materials, dimensions).
3. Service contracting
Service contracting is formalized in writing through the signed acceptance of the quote. Any change during project execution must be documented in a change order signed by both parties.
4. Warranty
We offer a workmanship warranty on each project for the period agreed upon in the contract. The warranty does not cover damage from force majeure, misuse, modifications by third parties, or natural surface cracking inherent to concrete.
5. Payments
Payment terms (deposit, partial payments, and final balance) are specified in the accepted quote. We accept cash, check, bank transfer, and other previously agreed methods. Failure to pay may result in suspension of work and additional late charges.
6. Content ownership
All website content (text, images, logo, design) is owned by RQD Concrete or used under license. Reproduction without written authorization is not permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
RQD Concrete is not responsible for typographical errors, outdated information, or website outages. Any contracting decision must be based on the formal quote provided to the client.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is the one published on this site.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County.
