When you fill out the quote form we collect: name, phone, email (optional), service of interest, project description, selected language, IP address, and browser user-agent. We may also collect information you voluntarily share when contacting us by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

We use your information exclusively to: (a) respond to your quote request, (b) contact you to coordinate visits, measurements, and quote delivery, (c) manage the project if you hire our services, (d) comply with legal or tax obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your information is stored on secure servers managed by us and our hosting providers. We apply reasonable measures (encryption in transit, access control) to protect it. However, no online system is 100% secure.
4. Data retention
We keep your information for the duration of the business relationship and for the additional time required to meet legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for accounting records). After that period we delete or anonymize your data.
5. Sharing with third parties
We may share minimal information with: hosting providers (to host the site), payment processors (if applicable), and authorities when required by law. These third parties are required to protect your information.
