At RQD Concrete we respect your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we may have collected about you through our website, quote form, phone calls, WhatsApp, or our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.
1. What data we may have about you
We may have collected: (a) quote form data (name, phone, email, service, project description), (b) communication records (calls, WhatsApp, emails), (c) Meta Pixel advertising tracking data (visit and conversion events tied to Meta cookies), (d) IP address and browser user-agent.
2. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your data send us a message from the email address or phone number you used with us, with the subject "Data deletion request" and basic identifying details (full name, phone, or email). You can reach us by: email at info@rqdconcrete.com, call or WhatsApp at (786) 306-5799.
3. Response timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. If we need to verify your identity before proceeding, we will notify you within that same window.
4. What gets deleted and what is retained
We will remove your contact information, messages, form submissions, and internal records associated with your request. Due to legal, tax, or accounting obligations we may retain minimal transactional records (invoices, signed contracts, payment receipts) for the period required by law (typically up to 7 years). These records are kept in restricted-access archives and are not used to contact you.
5. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data
If you interacted with our ads or reached the site from Facebook or Instagram, Meta may have logged Meta Pixel events tied to your account. That data is controlled by Meta, not us. To delete it directly with Meta visit: facebook.com/help/contact/540977946302970 (the "Delete Data" form) or adjust your activity preferences at facebook.com/off_facebook_activity. You can also ask us to stop sending events tied to your identifier and we will comply within the same 30-day window.
6. Confirmation
Once deletion is complete we will send you written confirmation to the email or phone you used to request it. If you have questions about the process write to info@rqdconcrete.com.
